We in Greece have 2 National anthems.
1.- A regular one for national days,

2.- "Zorba the Greek" dance..

Yes.
Now I'm not sure if I'm more indian, dutch, irish, russian, french, german, african, chinese, etc... Most of what I listen to is in english of course.
Pretty much every nationality has their share of good songs and music that will move others in some degree. Many songs I liked were no longer likable after learning what they were about or "addressing".
Nothing worse than liking a beat or melody but then realizing you can't understand a single word of the song because you don't understand the language.
I think that's why I might often lean towards more instrumental music at times. Doesn't matter what nationality then; it's just music.
