galrads: Yes I need a dose of reality once in a while. So when I do I ask someone I get immediate rejection. That's an easy and quick way to get a dose of reality.

What would my daughters think if dad had any type of revolving door with all I try to teach them about self respect, respect, independence, education, and work ethics? Priorities and prioritizing.
Nothing wrong with having the other half if it's possible. Making sure they're part of the priorities and actually going to be around could be hard issue to resolve.
They see enough around them from other sides that I've never made it much of a goal. By example, I've tried keeping a fairly calm and fully stable home.
Make no mistakes, we do talk about dating. We still talk about me actually dating again. My youngest would like that to a degree I think.
I know in the past, my youngest would sell me off to the highest bidder strictly based on how many kids they may have at home still, as the currency.

As a man I have to admit you're right about lots of men, but not all are like that. The trick is finding one that isn't. In my opinion women think of nice guys as boring, no challenge, less exciting as the other type you describe...the last thing a bloke wants is to be called" Nice", because it's usually followed up with, BUT.....
