Turnbull is attempting to get politicians to turn there mind towards an aspect of our Constitution that is premised on a lie. Who can or can't sit in the Senate or Lower House of Parliament.

I am referring to 6. Definition:
6. The Commonwealth shall mean the Commonwealth of Australia as established under this Act.
“The States” shall mean such of the colonies of New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia, as for the time being are parts of the Commonwealth, and such colonies or territories as may be admitted into or established by the Commonwealth as States; and each of such parts of the Commonwealth shall be called “a State.”

And the silly debate about the meaning of
44. Any person who :-
(i.) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign powers or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power;

Compounding earlier findings that completely misinterpreting the meaning of 6. Definitions that is set out in the original Constitution Act 1900

The Constitution says New Zealand is an original State of the Commonwealth of Australia, that what 6. Definitions says not something else.
The original Constitution Act is not proposing a limit on New Zealander's right to call Australia home.
No it doesn't say anything like that and no referendum has ever changed our Constitution in respect to what our Constitution states so therefore i put it to you, our politicians are in the politesse possible terms of speaking are attempting to mislead.
And or, they are just a bunch of completely ignorant stupid people attempting to separate Australians from our Head of State with a dishonest stunt that is being played before us.

yep prime ministers and senior members of senate and lower house are covering up for people who recently murdered 44 Australians (and others) the dishonesty flying like a freight train into major conflict we will clearly loose. Malaysian Airlines Confirms that it was Instructed to Fly MH17 at Lower Altitude over East Ukraine

On the matter of MH17’s flight path, Malaysian Airlines confirms that the pilot was instructed to fly at a lower altitude by the Kiev air traffic control tower upon its entry into Ukraine airspace.

”MH17 filed a flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000ft throughout Ukrainian airspace. This is close to the ‘optimum’ altitude.

However, an aircraft’s altitude in flight is determined by air traffic control on the ground. Upon entering Ukrainian airspace, MH17 was instructed by Ukrainian air traffic control to fly at 33,000ft.”

33,000 feet is 1000 feet above the restricted flight altitude (see image below). The request of the Ukrainian air traffic control authorities was implemented.

MAS operations director Captain Izham Ismail has also refuted claims that heavy weather led to MH17 changing its flight plan.“There were no reports from the pilot to suggest that this was the case,” Izham said. (News Malaysia July 20, 2014)

What is significant, however, is that the Western media acknowledged that the change in the flight path did occur, and the that “heavy weather” narrative is a fabrication.
