Yes ,how things change over the years, i found it hard at Christmas ,for a long time after my dad died,
he was the first of my parents to go,, so many memories of Christmas time as i used to go back there every year after i was married....... then after until my mam died.
It can be a lonely time for a lot of people, and it would be lovely if it could be nice for everyone.
No harm in a few tears,, they release the emotion at that time,,,,, have a nice hot toddy to warm the cockels.

I'm gutted.
But yes I know what it's like to feel lonely and at Christmas specifically.
But instead of mourning the traditions and special memories that ur loved ones gave u and are now gone.
Why not make new traditions of ur own to enjoy and make new memories for urself.
It doesn't mean u forget who is gone but more appreciating that u are still here.
