To become modern a people needs a good grasp of the facts, but through the very process of being modern there comes a disdain for facts(postmodernism)and a collapse of mental resolve(convenience culture).

More and more such a society comes to depend on an elite circle of experts as the only ones who can fathom what the hell is going on. This elite circle of intellect itself comes to be hated by a postmodern populism of pure tantrum. Actual teenagers look at those 30, 40 and 50 years older to find people who think just like themselves and the old lose completely the respect of their children because the maturity gap between old and young has narrowed to nothing.

It's easy to criticise people for not working at relationships, but how many people would be prepared to invest in educational programmes for children to provide them with the skills they need to negotiate adult relationships?

We do not always understand why people are content with life that will never be attractive to us...

ali110: Here in Pakistan we have extremely low divorce ratio and it gives women a good and successful life style living as a combine family as well as a combine family system guarantees the good future for a woman when she gets old and needs help or support .
On the other hand , I have noticed the women in western countries and USA are facing so many problems becoz of their single life .
What would you say ? Isn't it better to live together or at least with husband and children ?

We’ve had programs in our schools to do this for some time. The classes are sometimes called home economics and metal shop.
