As I was told this is granite.
If has an overall pinkish color with black veins and splotches.
It is about 5cm thick and polished.
It has been cut from a huge piece.
Where is it's origin ?

KarloradoFL: Marble is made from limestone which is made from coral reefs in a sea which is subjected to heat and pressure over time which makes it into marble. Granite is an igneous rock that was formed from magma deep inside the earth and pushed up to the earths crust through continental drifts and earthquakes.
Keep them coming, but in bigger pieces if possible.
