I don't live in a billion dollar mansion, or even a million dollar one but I do like my house just the way it is. It's big enough for myself and my dog and cats. It also has plenty of room for guests. It is close to some really nice beaches and the weather is agreeable all year. I don't think I would change much. It's kind of like Billy Joel " I like it just the way it is " . OK, a little poetic licence there !

galrads: I live in a mistake. A 55+ Community with a little 1ooo sq ft apartment with a little balcony that looks out onto a dumpster stuff like. food, utilities, fitness center, pools, spa, bank, library, internet, cable tv, garage etc are included in the rent.
This is like living in a frat house again. I think the population density is 8/2... women/men. Fourth floor. Sucks. My income is no secret in profile. I think I should delete it though...
