We have said time and time again that man may be toying with the weather. Whether it is unwittingly or on purpose. Conspiratorial watchdogs have said that the HAARP project is being used to control the weather, and with all of the strange weather occurrences one has to pause for thought. On the subject of Weather Control, one has to ask about a weather term that has creeped into television weather forecasts as an excuse for poor weather predictions. El Nino has been the scapegoat for weathermen all over the country who have tried to explain the strange weather patterns that have increased in the last 10-15 years. All that heating of the Ionosphere has to do some damage to the Jet stream. Severe snowstorms plagued the midwest last winter and severe cold hit parts of Florida, and southern California. After the severe biting cold comes temperatures that are close to the century mark. The weather was an extreme roller coaster ride all winter long. Killer tornadoes have shown up in places where tornadoes are rare. Including a rare tornado in Africa, Arizona and Utah. The deadly "tornadoes" which have left scores of people dead and have caused Millions of dollars in damage in parts of the southeastern U.S. and even areas such as Minnesota last spring were, for the record books. Or in some opinions for the Ripley's Believe It Or Not! The High weirdness about these killer these storms, aside from their mind-boggling ferocity, is the fact that in many cases few if any of the typical atmospheric conditions-like thunderheads or squalls that are crucial to the development of such storms were present. Photographs from weather satellites, weather radar readouts, and vast amounts of other data from a wide variety of monitoring equipment failed to provide any indication that such atmospheric storm cells were building. The storms just showed up from out of nowhere.

During the recent Utah tornado Weather Service personel posted a Severe Thunderstorm Warning unaware that that a super cell would develop. The tornado showed up from out of nowhere. A F2 tornado in a city that never sees tornadoes was indeed a frightening affair. People in Utah didn't know whether to stare at the tornado or run from it. One person was killed in the tornado. It could have been much worse. Another peculiar story deals with a number of people who are now beginning to watch the skies and noticing strange military activities, that not only are making them sick, but changing their weather patterns as well. Stories in mainstream newspapers are now claiming that people are feeling ill, after witnessing planes making Contrail grids in the skies above their homes. In a U.S. Air Force research study, "Weather as a Force Multiplier", issued in August, 1996, seven U.S. military officers outlined how HAARP and aerial cloud-seeding from tankers could allow U.S. aerospace forces to "own the weather" by the year 2025. Among the desired objectives were "Storm Enhancement," "Storm Modification" and "Induce Drought." Can it be possible that electromagnetics play a part in all of this? Some will cry out that the HAARP technologies have a hand in this. However, it is also possible that other experiments in the electromagnetic field may cause abnormal weather conditions.

You must understand that using a little Chaos Theory you can determine that an eclipse of the sun could have played a part in abnormal weather patterns as well. That severe weather sometimes follows Magnetic storms. The idea of Weather control is not as Science fiction as it may sound. Weather modification ideas have been around since the time Indians danced for rain. In 1957, the president's advisory committee on weather control explicitly recognized the military potential of weather-modification, warning in their report that it could become a more important weapon than the atom bomb. In 1977, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution prohibiting the hostile use of environmental modification techniques. The resulting "Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Technique (ENMOD)" committed the signatories to refrain from any military or other hostile use of weather-modification which could result in widespread, long-lasting, or severe effects. While these two events have not halted the pursuit of weather-modification research, they have significantly inhibited its pace and the development of associated technologies, while producing a primary focus on suppressive versus intensification activities. In the broadest sense, weather-modification can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate for a long period of time.

An F2 Tornado in Utah sure does cover all of those indications. Severe heat and drought also cover those indications. Our weather patterns as of late have been extremes, not norms. Call it what you will but it indicates that the planet may be in trouble. The atmosphere may have reached critical instability. Why would anyone want to tamper with the weather? The question is why wouldn't they? Even today's most technologically advanced militaries would usually prefer to fight in clear weather and blue skies. Pilots have joked that it is hard to land a Stealth Fighter in the rain, especially in the mud. But as war-fighting technologies proliferate, the side with the technological advantage will prefer to fight in weather that gives them an edge. The US Army has already alluded to this approach in their concept of "owning the weather. The Government in its weather control 2025 document claims flat out that weather Modification has its risks and side effects. Could deadly tornadoes in mountainous zones, heat waves and droughts be the side effect of risks we are willing to take manipulating weather? This is not Conspiracy Theory. This is reality. Cloud seeding for rain was just a harmless way of controlling the weather for crops and watershed. Using the weather as a Force Multiplier for military activity may have more adverse effects. Be looking for blizzards in June and 100-degree heat in the winters. You will also see many more blackouts and the Aurora Borealis moving further south.
