I ran off from home when I was 13. Got caught a week and a half later. I think I would tell my young self to try again and again and just keep going. It will work out in the end and even if it doesn't, it's not the end.

You don't have complex's, you have Asperger's, learn to embrace the blessing and love youirself regardless of how hard it will be for you to fit in. You will get there in the end. :)
