Do u feel sorry because I work and u don't. Then we'll both be living off someone else and I unfortunately need to stand on my own two feet. Don't know about u tho ?
I only had mine cause I was traveling across country at the time I was moving. It just sat in my desk drawer after awhile so then I just decided to donate it. My landline phone is good enough for me and a lot cheaper anyway. The wireless carriers are one big joke anyway.

Not only women are fallen in love with their smartphones; just step into a train, bus or metro and what do you see? People everwhere with head bowed, their face focussed on a screen of their little device. This is what I call the AA generation. The App Addicts who can't live without their mobile device anymore as we got addicted to our cars.Bit by bit we evolve to a digital society where Big Brother ( =the capital) states the rules..Look how politicians use the medium during the elections to get in direct contact with their voters so they can avoid the critical looks. of the settled press. No filters allowied, calling them fake news. It even made a trumpeteer president of the USA!!
You see it day in and day out? Yes many western women are obsessed with their mobile phones and one day they will all be plugged into a super computer and willingly oblige, because they can't get enough of cyber space and are totally brainwashed by these devices
When I look at women staring at their phones I see lust in their eyes and obsession…before these devices came along it would be a man, who got that long stare from a woman and a man who got that attention, but now woman can’t get enough of their phones and nothing in the world could get between, them and their phones.
How did this mass sickness and obsession start? What has made western women so obsessed by cyberspace? Why don't many western women ever put their phones down and look at the world?
LeeCharming: You might say that, but do you real feel that way?
Yes....I don't even answer it if im sleeping...I have gone out and not even taken it with me...its not that important...in fact I only got it in case my home phone goes out because I was without it for 5 days not long ago....
It stays in my handbag. I wouldn't disrespect him or his time. It goes on silent.
Well I did het a look at your photo, before you took it down
Do you use it to go online or do you have a laptop or tablet also?
What would you do if your phone run out of battery power? Would you panic and look for a charger or would you take you time and to find one, when you really need to use your phone?

I use my phone mainly, occasionally I can use a laptop.
Running out of battery is not an option for me. Not by choice, but circumstance. So yes I would panic, someone relies on me.

I maybe guessing, but I think you might be in the care profession, so I can understand why you would need a mobile in case you were on call or covering others shifts
M4_Mischief: Yes I have a lap-top....and its an android but I bought it used and didn't pay a lot for it....
I like the large screen of a laptop and it is very bad for eyes to be starring at a tiny screen day in and day out
My mobile don't have internet and don't want a phone that does have it...you can be traced by pc brigade, when you use internet on your phone and don't buy amazon alexa for your home either, because it records you private conversations
Im not that tech savvy to want an alexa....I have internet on my phone but I don't use it unless im googling something about the phone...I don't have fb on my phone either...I don't need it with my laptop and I don't plan on being on fb when im out...not to mention apparently the fb app collects your private messages on your android too...
