We all had those kinds of situations when we are lonely and bored and when we start to remember our ex and some nice things we shared... And the idea of sending a message to him starts to seem so appealing... Of course, we know we shouldn't do it, because there's a reason why an ex is an ex and we know that even if we get together again - it will end the same way. So, that's a forbidden road. But, sometimes the desire gets too strong and nothing you do seems to have any effect. Neither a rational explanation to yourself nor all sorts of distractions - nothing! What do you do in these situations? How do you prevent yourself from doing something silly you will regret afterwards?

Delete the number and address from your phone contacts, delete ALL pictures, get rid of everything he (or she) ever gave you...and if you can, have a "grounder" you can call to talk you out of it if those things do not work

Track16: If your thinking about the ex, go and m**turbat. If your still thinking of the ex afterwards, there is something to it. If you stop thinking about them, do not contact them.

Never been in that situation... You gotta let go or you will end up living in a fantasyland , adding unrealistic colours to what may have been and never be ready for a new start. Emotional baggage is the worst thing you can drag into a new relationship...would you put up with this yourself?!
