In the 80's Nancy Regan started with the, "Just say No," and nobody admitted to ever smoking a joint.
Now, most people aren't honest about how much herb they smoke.

pat8lanips: We all know how arousing it is to watch a hotty pulling a bong, or having a coughing fit while smoking a joint. Many women choose to lie about their pot consumption, and so the true figure may never be known, but my guess is that the majority like a good choof.
