Of course everyone has different needs when it comes to sleep conversing

But many are sleep-deprived and it can take weeks or months to reset our brains to adjust to better sleep preparation and habits conversing

serene56: I was watching a TV program the other night about sleep which involved audience participation

Many said they only get 4-6 hours a night which I found astonishing (my requirement is 8-9)

How much sleep do you get and do you think you need more

My sleep is broken, never asleep for more than a couple of hours at a time before being woke up again.

So many things can trigger that, alcohol/marijuana usage, anxiety, ingrained sleep patterns, etc etc conversing

5.5 to 7 hours is normally enough for me.. and I have absolutely no problem falling asleep. Actually takes me less than 30 seconds once my head hits the pillow. grin

I worked 418 hours last month. Started hallucinating due to lack of sleep. For seven months my normal working day was between 14 and 18 hours. Something I'm planning to work on this year. Sleep deprived no more! yawn sleep

Find it hard most nights to get to sleep...

Found a meditation clip on You tube which i have found to be great to help me get to sleep.

But also getting off the phone..tv...a couple of hours before bedtime helps along with reading.

I need my 8 hours which i rarely get but hoping to improve my sleep pattern..sets u up for a better day when u get enough sleep.
