I could never understand of why people have to create topics in order to call another person out.To me that is just plain bullying.

lifeisadream: i do add some homemade chocolate on my coffee sometimes but never salt, I will try since I have not problem with the sodium, although it is better to get good coffee.
I was reading that countries that produce a lot of coffee are having problems with some plant's diseases and their coffee production is getting low and not profitable, so they are substituting Arabica plantas with Robusta plantas and Robusta has not a good flavor.

Much the same thing happened with the chocolate spread Nutella.
There was a problem with the hazelnut crop they grow to make it and they feared there would be no more Nutella as it was a specific type of crop thats grown for this product.
I agree lifes also too short to suffer bad Chocolate and/or Chocolate spread!!

Hazelnuts are very expensive, so I would guess the content of this nut in the Nutella must be very low and the sugar very high.
I do avoid sugary-sweet things but I do like honey and for the chocolate I would have the homemade although lately the cocoa beans have being smaller and not of the best quality but I have asked a friend to bring me some cocoa beans from the south.

I know how to make it and as a child at home we used to make our own chocolate and coffee from the raw beans but the chocolate that I get is made by my children's Grandma (my ex-mother in law
but I make my children to taste it first )It is not difficult to make chocolate yet it might not be easy to get the cocoa raw beans.
(a bit messy his method but that is the idea, also his cocoa raw beans are small and they usually are not the best quality and more time to peel them off)
Note: my children are grown ups but they will always be my children

There is a sweet spread that I liked as a child called "cajeta" -caramel- it is made with goats' milk and sugar and lately I had it in my coffee and it was good.

We should drain the USA’s swamp into Mexico. Our politicians would be an improvement for them, especially POTUS. Those poor people there deal with so much more corruption it’s amazing they survive.
