I suppose I won't be drinking regular milk anymore and am Lactose intolerance.
Generally if I have an upset stomach and i drink cows milk I'm fine but last night wasn't the case.I was pacing the floor most of the night and attempted to lay down a couple times but to no avail wasn't able to sleep.

That is why I'm going to purchase some Lactose milk.
Regular milk never used to bother me among other foods but as time went on there are certain things that my poor stomach can't tolerate anymore.
