I don't know about anyone else but for me, at home, not at all but when going out and socialising in public, I at least try to look clean and tidy. My size and loud voice can be daunting enough to a lot of people, I don't need to be adding to the rejection appeal by looking like crap in public.

I've no time for men who fail to shave, keep themselves well-groomed, smell like they left their clothes in the bottom of the washing machine for a week or dress like they don't own a mirror.
Only mandatory grooming I do is a monthly mani/pedi, a nose trim and clean white socks with my sandals?
