The first thing I did was warn you.
Then I filled a gallon bottle with water.
Changed into the lightest colored cotton clothes I have, to minimize my risk of having patterns burned into my skin, etc.
Took my dogs out of my house, and chained them behind fallen trees, on low ground.
Stuffed the cammo pants I changed out of, that always have a Zippo, Swiss Army knife, and a Leatherman on the belt into my bug-out bag, with my Bible, grabbed a ukulele, a quart of lemonade, a trench coat, and climbed into a hole for a half hour.
I heard if it comes, it'll be about 20 minutes.

If another alert happens take toilet paper, or the flies will kill you in that hole before nuclear stuff does
On a serious note: It must have been a terrible feeling thinking that this is it and it was all going to be over, so many things rushing through peeps heads i could imagine etc...
Jmo only peeps are going to be standing on egg shells for the rest of their days and not a fun way to live life. The threat needs to be eliminated or that is the way we are all going to live our lives. Especially when a unstable country is holding the cards.
