The only real problem I see with becoming vegan, is that it makes people really tedious to be around. I guess its people with nothing interesting to say about themselves that are attracted to the vegan way, and they become deluded that others are interested whether they can eat this or that.
Like the joke- Why did the vegan cross the road? to tell somebody else they're a vegan.
or- How can you tell when there's a vegan in the room? Dont worry, they'll tell you.
Deedee123x: I have been thinking for some time about my diet. Its not bad...i do enjoy both bad and good food equally.
But given last year hit me with alot of health problems ive been thinking of an eating overhaul.
Ive been looking up the merits of a Vegan diet.
Does anyone have any experience going from a no limits diet to such a restrictive diet as a Vegan one??
I've a friend whose favourite meal used to be a Big Mac and is now a vegan. He is definitely healthier, but he also changed his lifestyle. He is fitter now too.
Me, I don't believe in radical diets. It is bettet to eat well, but allow yourself a bit of everything.
I test all my water with a gas chromatography mass spectrometer, as well as analysing the potassium/iodine isotopes... So by the time I'm finished testing it there's only a small mouthful left in the bottle.
