Track16: Did you know that if you replace baking powder with baking soda in a cake, it will taste like chicken.

A few days ago my daughter was making fig muffins, she combined chopped dry figs with some baking soda + water and simmer the mix and it was bubbling so I asked her what the reaction was (chemistry is thought in middle and high school but chemistry is not her major) so she said, it must be something like :
I was 12, me and my buddy decided we was going to make a cake. We had all the ingredients except one, baking powder. So we figured baking powder baking soda whats the difference?
