Friskyone: If you wanted to leave a time capsule for someone to find sometime in the future, what would put in it and why?
I would leave a short letter of advice. It would say something to the effect that all that matters is that people love one another, have integrity and good character, don't be greedy, have compassion and be the best person you can be everyday and the world will be a better place for everyone.

Pretty much what i would say too.
Along with a letter to each of my neices and nephews telling them what an honour it was to be their aunt.
And telling each of them what i really love about their character.
And me being me would probably tell them what behaviours they should quit too for their own good.
This letter would also be read by their own children and their children whom i probably wont see grow up.

I'll put in a test tube with my DNA, properly stored, a pic, and voice recording of myself.
If he likes the pic and voice, he can clone me.

My time capsule would have a note outlining a plan that would not only save many billions of dollars annually to the North American economy but also be incredibly good for the environment.
Not wanting to piss off the government in case my guess is right it stays in the imaginary capsule.

Recently my sister found an old box of my stuff in her attic. I had no recollection of ever keeping the items in the box, had completely forgotten about it; old school shirts, old letters, ticket stubs, photos, postcards and lots more. It was circa 1999, memories of times past, an incredible feeling, I'd recommend everyone do it
