(I am not yet menopausal but I guess that might be bad too....and I would just hope that's not a real me. Lol ) Therefore any other normal hormonal stage is the opposite, easier to exercise concentration in keeping an eye on the ball, although there's always room for improvement, specially when you like the balls.

Another annoyance, are advertisers on the radio and TV that talk/shout LOUDLY and quickly, and then and the end of their frenetic sales pitch
, barks ... BE THERE! That has the effect of putting me off whatever they're trying to sell in defiance ...
