I have met personally several people who don't have pics up for a variety of reasons, and none fit into your model.

simple- for years I did not know how to do this.....[I do now].......CS was gracious enough to post pics for me awhile ago........computers are not set up logically.....most of the procedures were thought up by dames-------hence, bubble-headed nonsense......

Many, maybe even most of the pics on the web are years out of date - I could easily point to a number or regulars who'd have kept the same pics for 5 or more years. Many are fuzzy, out of focus or obviously jollied up ...
It's simple enough ... some people choose to have pics, some people choose not to.
The dumbest argument is 'You can see me so it's only fair ...'

FAIR actually means you decide what you do, and you accept the choice of the other person to do as they do.
How many people would go to an event and insist that the organiser sent them a photo of everyone who was going to be in the building ?
