Gun control would work immediately against this rage of the middling sorts. I don't know what else would work better other than shutting down the internet and tele perhaps, forcing individuals to engage with things that are really there would encourage people to control and take responsibility for their actions. Delusional fantasism of the middling sorts can be constrained by the law.

I can't see taking away guns would be a total solution the issue.One way or another someone will slip through the cracks and get access to weapons.I don't really have a solution.
