This could be a long reply, but to deal with the recommendation for a car... I drive a 06 Kia Rio, and it's been the best little car I've had in years, good on fuel, cheap on parts, comfortable, does what is expected of it in a small easy to park package.... The trade reckons them as well, so that's a good indicator... I had a Punto too a while back, liked the simplicity of its engineering, easy to fix, again, cheap parts... These are all things said to me I haven't a clue what they are or mean....it's in the garage as we speak...just waiting for the call

Couldn't agree more Molly, we have a good tradition with forward thinking in social and health matters, but a poor track record with matters of responsible finance...

We, as a nation, think short-term, not long-term.Much as people criticise the Chinese system, they can never be accused of sort-term planning. They think centuries if not millennia in advance.
They won't try to take over the world in a short-term way like a war, they will just buy it up slowly but surely, and before we know it, we will be all speaking Mandarin.

Catalonia has a good system. You are allowed to grow it as long as it is done privately. You can't grow it publicly or you will be heavily fined. But privately is your own business.
