It's not an invention; but "the double split screen experiment" is pretty impressive.

Human invention or science discovery?

My favorite invention is the printing press. My favorite discovery would be that everything is made from atoms.

Hands down, Ali, my man. The Pakistani fart catcher. Invented after decades of brilliant and persistent engineering in his basement by one A. Mohammed Sri Cheeseree of Lahor only last year. Read the reviews in the popular journal, "Who Dealt It", the premier peer (Pee-er) refereed publication on all aspects of human flatulence. Can't keep the item in stock, especially in families with older males sitting at meals with fastidious teenage ladies. Ingeniously invented after decades of home bench shop experimentation, with weekly brave family in vitro test trials,--- to make these experimentally valid, each time including at least seven older family men at the dinner table, gorging themselves on the spicy stuff, washed down with India pale ale. The secret is in turning the plastic cushion over, and replacing the noise maker with a patented reverse gas tight one way valve, leading into a storage reservoir, containing the same agents used in warfare in those chemical masks, so isible in The Great War.. "You deal 'em, we steal 'em---no flatus can beat us", runs the marketing jingle. How can antibiotics, electron microscopes, the Michaelson Morely experiment, transistors, or anything else compete? Aa-V.
