I mean national compliment day was invented to encourage suicide amongst people with low self-esteem. It has to be sincere and it has to be natural. You have to imbibe the way they feel, not come on like Mr Motivator.

Part of everything you say has to treat them as badly as they treat themselves, to understand how they feel. I'm not saying everything you say has to be brutally honest, but it'll have to be quite honest.
