I am embarrassed that my government has put children in fenced in areas away from their parents.
I would imagine that the Mexican President is livid that Trump has done this.
If and when Trump releases the children what is going to happen to them?
If he sends them back to their parents then he never should have separated them from the start.
It's a disgrace that we have a president that rules with his ego

Not that im defending the man but he passed an executive order allowing parents and kids to remain together...im not sure that trump can be blamed for the law at least just for enforcing it....apparently its been done for years....now that begs the question of should all laws be enforced or should we pick and choose....he gave the dems time to change immigration laws when daca was an issue...they chose to let the time lapse and not change a thing so they can hardly cry about existing laws that they chose not to change......

There are thousands of laws in existence which are never acted on.No, I think it is just like watching a magician. They do something spectacular with flames and light with their right hand, so we take our eyes off their left hand which is doing the trickery.
Watch out for that hidden left hand. .It was doing something underhand while we were immersed in the spectacle.

The Executive Order he just wrote is not allowing families to stay together in the U.S. It is to send the whole family back to where they came from. His exact words are "Send them all the hell back".The Democrats couldn't have written a law to separate children from their parents because Congress is comprised of Republicans.
At the beginning of Trump's journey he emphasized that Mexico was going to pay for the wall. When that didn't work out he chose to break up families that tried to enter the U.S. Illegally thinking it would send a message to others not to sneak into the U.S.
I'm all for letting people into our country but they have to go through the legal process.
