He opens a door and enters into this office and he looks around in a rather curious manner. It is all dusty inside. The office itself self has not been touched in years. The man eventually answers the phone and the person on the other end of the phone asks to speak with customer services, the scene is set in about the 1940’s/1950’s.wine

It was the Carlsberg advert not Carling.

Aye, they had a lot of clever ads back in the day ... ya don;t see 'clever' so much now though (in advertising) eh?

Wonders ... is that because The Dumbing Down of the Population has been such a great success?

I've managed to find it on Youtube and, yes, I do remember it. The office is the customer complaints department and has become redundant due to lack of complaints. Now I'm off for a good night's sleep.
