I love Italian.
I would recommend it all
But spaghetti bolognese or a lasagne or carbonara are all good.
But i would assume alot have tried these already

I love all those you mentioned! I like the marinara sauce but carbonara is good too. Phad Thai is basically stir fry noodles with mushrooms, bean sprouts, shrimp or chicken, peanuts, egg, tamarind or fish sauce

I dont have a favorite cuisine (prettymuch all do have a special intricate and creative.dish), and I love all type of healthy food, including exotics ones, and yes, chocolate, croissants, italian pizza, and the like. I am not into fast food.

I usually start with Tom Yum or Tom Kha soup, Mango salad, then Pla Rad Prik with a Thai omelette and Kimchi
