Five houses painted five different colors stand in a row. One person of a different nationality lives in each house. The five home owners all drink some type of beverage, smoke a certain cigar brand, and have a certain kind of pet. But none of the owners drink the same beverage, smoke the same type of cigar, or have the same pet.
Here are the clues:

I love those!
But unfortunately I can't dedicate 20 mins to it, and it will be solved by the time I get back to it

First off, M, this IS an UNSOLVABLE puzzle! WHY do I say that? Because the ONLY possibility of solving THIS riddle is IF you make an assumption that has NO FOUNDATION in the presented facts! There's NO fish in the stated information! There ARE, however 4 animals listed. Dogs, birds, cats, and a horse. Now, IF YOU ASSUME that the 5th pet IS a fish, then it may be possible to ascertain WHICH of the 5 listed nationalities owns the fish. But, since we have NO INFORMATION about ANY fish, it's ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that the 5th pet is a hippopotamus, and NONE of the 5 owns a fish! And, since there's NOTHING to make me consider that the 5th pet is a fish IS a REASONABLE ASSUMPTION, there doesn't seem (to ME) ANY POINT in working any farther on your riddle. When attempting to discover unknown facts, it GENERALLY a good practice to START with what facts ARE know! From THERE, you CAN make assumptions IF there is some REASONABLE LIKELIHOOD of those assumptions being true. After THAT, it's all trial and error guesswork. Time consuming analysis. But, as there's NOTHING in the given information to indicate that the 5th pet IS, IN FACT, a fish, a REASONABLE assumption, this puzzle seems UNREASONABLE, UNSOLVABLE, and a pointless waste of my time.
IF you'll include a fish IN the information, and ask me to solve this puzzle, I will. But UNTIL there's a fish, looking for what MAY NOT EXIST, seems pointless. And I'm NOT going to waste my time on it. Just saying! You CAN'T FIND what DOESN'T exist!
