It's all politics. Especially when the state governor lies about dirty politics not being the "norm" in California. How about an obstruction of justice lawsuit against California? I've no idea why a state would continually put illegals over citizens. Other reports indicate a lot of jobs and citizenry, exiting California. Some site that it has to do with taxation and regulation, to help support certain retirement funds. I wonder how much it's costing for so many illegal immigrants. There's a lot more going on than just that. I still can't quite fathom how California has allowed such things to go on for long. They even keep electing some of the same quano crazy senators.

Better idea ... how about setting up a huge line of fracking sites along the CA borders and then, when the inevitable earthquakes following the fracking just leave the state to drift free and sink in the Pacific ?
