But when a man comes on like Mr Invincible women see right through it. That's what I'll never understand, women are really good at recognising the insecure foundation which posturing rests upon but not when it is themselves.

Mr Invincible meets with what I consider to be valid criticism. We know this cult of the super male comes from having a low to middling status job inside a boring industry, and the Fritzl fantasy very often comes from having little to no influence over anybody after being told as a child that you'd go far in life.
