Deedee123x: You can be ordinary and still make an impact on others lives.
Look at the day that is in it, Mothers day.
My Mother did the mundane everyday things in life..washing..cleaning..cooking...as did my Father.
They worked..they fed and clothed their children.
Kept them safe.
Gave them shelter..

Thats the kind of Ordinary thats missing in alot of homes today.

There is ordinary and extra-ordinary.

Especially mothers that run a household, look after the kids needs, and work

R Extra-Ordinary

Don't u think ?

Deedee123x: I dont think there is anythi g extra ordinary abt the running of a household no..thr everyday mundane stuff.

What is extra ordinary is if you have an 'ordinary' upbringing nowadays

Have u never come across an extra-ordinary person ?

They just stand out from the rest, and don't conform, and could not care less, about other's opinions.

Those people reach heights, that others don't even think to imagine.

ChesneyChrist: I was literally born in the Shire and there is something of the Frodo in me. I'm happy if I can get my shopping home on time and considering the day and age we live in I'd be happy id if don't die six social classes beneath the one I was born in. To want to be a big somebody I would have to be following my true calling - like politics or something - because success for its own sake means nothing to me, there's no chance I'm living my life to impress you.

Hum? confused IF there's "no chance" you trying to "impress" someone, can I ask WHY "social classes" entered your exposition? I mean, "social class" is a concept that is only significant in exposing a person's ego centered artificiality. A kind of artificial "rating" system, of people. Reflective of a person's ego, and useful only as/in an attempt to IMPRESS someone. So WHY do you feel it bears speaking of, or is related to the topic, in relation to this thread? If you're not trying to make a pointless point of how you ARE different from everybody else? In other words, trying to IMPRESS (or maybe, in your case, UNimpress) the readers of this thread? dunno comfort

Miwagi: It must be the hat.

Hats are worn by many people, Miwagi. Probably half the world's population wears a hat, at least, on occasion. So "I" deem your attempt a humor to be somewhat misplaced, again. dunno confused hug

Good Morning Let_Us,
His words "shire" and "Frodo" tell us who he is. It is neither to impress or unimpress us.
And to those words, I can identify.

By the way, did you see the thanks I wrote to you on the other thread?
Cheers!

I don't have any extraordinary qualities...
I can not start a fire with my eyes or save the Earth from evil aliens...
But if you have found your place in life and you put your heart ans soul into everything you do then you are a proper human being and that's what makes the difference...
I don't mind being called ordinary as long as I can bring a little magic into someone's life...and change it in a better way...

No need to be so humble Krema, if anyone here could master Telekinesis it would probably be you.

Let_Us: I KNOW I'm pretty dumb, Snookie, but NO! People are people, to me. I've NEVER seen one with a halo, or wings,. Bad haircuts? SURE! A little slow on the uptake, sure. But EXTRAORDINARY? I DON'T "THINK" so. Which is why I was asking you for a more specific definition! So I could figure out what I'm missing, about "extraordinary" people. You're CERTAINLY NOT going to tell me that Angelina Jolie is extraordinary, are you? (Since you're a woman, maybe I shoulda used Johnny Depp as my example?) But Angelina's not even extraordinarily attractive! (DON'T expect me to judge Johnny Depp's attractiveness! I'm NOT "that" way! ) Maybe, if you told me who YOU think is "extraordinary", I could get a handle on what you mean, by extraordinary.

There is an Extra-Ordinary in all of us !

We can all reach heights totally flabbergasting everyone.

Have u never done anything out of the ordinary, that u were happy with urself doing, but others deemed it Extra-Ordinary ?

U r measured Only against ur Own Capabilities ?

I hope that makes sense ?

I hate people comparing others to u !

Each person if Different from Anyone else !!!

U take every situation as is, and give ur opinion, totally unbiased.
Other's opinions might slightly put u on the wrong path, but u always get back to the unbiased one.

Do u agree now ?

I was briefly mixed up in Tibetan Buddhism. They have Telekinesis, Telepathy, Empathy to a greater extent, etc.

Lots of people have these abilities, just not trained to the expert abilities of the Tibetan Buddhists.

Thus:- Anybody that shows an affinity for these abilities, can do it, if they really want to !
