I'm a donor. Always have been. Obviously, at the time they may be needed and legally harvested, I am one that no longer needs them.
It's always made reasonable sense to me.

Many people who 'once were willing' to donate have withdrawn because of seep and sincere concerns regarding the Ethics of Medicine now that Hippocrates has been dismissed and 'First to do no harm' is deleted.
It's known but not the extent to which surgeosn have become like vultures hanging around AE looking to 'save many lives' at the expense of a person who is still alive anc could themselves be saved.
Sadly this is not even a purely 'number of lives saved issue' but rather there's a profit motive ... greed !
