Yes, I thought about that too that he is the most unoffensive fella but some times things can go out of hands if we take another person tolerance for granted and become to feel too comfortable 'what and how we say things.' It happens to the best of us too, none of us is perfect. Trully empathetic person shows remorsfulnes and EI as he did and for that alone I respect him.
