That is given to people who have an alternate reality. That it is a broad and over used term when... doctors don't have another word to label people. And that the public miss uses it and confuses it with psychosis and split personalities. (So do comics)

they didn't know the full hilt of suffering sz I will correct this the suffering of sz is the real hell, you might not see this but imo it's worst then hell
It is a mental illness. Usually, it's always there but a particular incident may make it worse or trigger a reaction. Most patients are to embarrassed to admit it or insist they are fine irrespective of behavioural patterns. Symptoms are like always being in deep thought or talking to themselves. As this condition does not involve physical pain it is for other people to analyse such things. Like any other illness It will get worse if not treated. The most difficult part is convincing the person they are unwell.
