Public schools teach us English from Webster's Dictionary.

Our courts don't use Webster's; and the people who do, The Blacks Law Dictionary calls "idiotas."





What is IDIOTA?

In the civil law. An unlearned, illiterate, or simple person.
In common law. An idiot or fool.
