felixis99: I work in Dublin.......Ohio, USA We had special treats at work yesterday , and some group had a huge beer tent in the parking lot all week. We wore green to work this week.
Today, the actual day, I do not really do much to celebrate, but I might have Irish brew

Happygolucky4u: Thank you that makes me feel good. My step dad was Irish and my Mom tried to make it a special day for him. It sounds like she did good And I have to admit I loved having an extra day for family gathering. Here in my town they will be doing a lot of partying and drinking in the bars this year. They are doing block parties. Bands food drinks and festivities. I think I am going to put my corn beef on in a bit and clean house while it simmers. Being this year the holiday falls on a Saturday the partying will be at full scale. May all remain happy and safe this day
