I made a fantastic Jambalaya tonight and had a perky Irish Red Ale with it that is imported from Dublin.
My question is: The foam is different than the American and Canadian beers I drink. It is less carbonated but more frothy and thick and it sticks to the sides of the glass and doesn't drip down or disappear? Any thoughts or FACTUAL explanations?

....YES....made by thick people..FOR thick people......this information comes free.......
felixis99: OK Guinness might just be involved in the exporting then, maybe? They are named on the label, but yes, it is Kilkenny. I found that on the label too
Unless Guinness have bought it lately. Guinness is a huge company now and can easily buy up smaller ones.
That doesn't answer the question sbout the head though
