CossackCat: I can't image that anyone, would want to live under the sea, or space. Unless it is a novelty or becomes a fad. (Like people who have to have the latest gadget or electronics, or buy up bunkers in New Zealand)

This is for real. No joke at all.
I'm glad some have used it for accommodation as the land of the country is not sufficient.
But my purpose requires a couple of vast cities accommodating all the nationalities.
Imagine, who will leave on a terrible journey to another similar planet, not knowing that they will find one and make it there ?
Who will be able to afford it, and only able bodies people will be allowed.
That leaves quite a few behind, and where will they go if all the ice has melted ?
