I'm trying to work in a way that will allow me more time with the people I love...
That is most important...
I see no joy in draining yourself out and become a grumpy, always tired, lifeless copy of yourself...

Was working full time for many position, operation n management, on the same time start my business also.
No worries about income but have no freedom of time, boring of regular activity, cant explore our skill that not connect to our position.
We loss many other opportunity during office hour.
When I resign n focus on business, I think will have more time for rilex.
But....its not happen, we getting more busy n more.
Only thing, we can arrange our working hour, when to go to office, when to back home, when to meet client or other. More we busy mean we will get more...
Stress level is more, because we have responsibility to run the company and pay our staff n labour.
But always best to be boss of ourself.
if you like something flat, regular, stay in confort zone, then working full time is good.
But if you muslti tasking, like challange, have business instink...then be enterplaneur.
Choise is your....but whatever you choose, just enjoy it.
