Just about everything that was taught in history class was in some way slanted to fit the ideology at the time. The events depicted did happen, however, the details were not quite as depicted. If you look at anything in history past or present you will find two constants " money " and " power ".

Let's see? WHERE should I BEGIN! The FIRST lie that I'm AWARE of being told, had to do with Santa Claus! Then there's everything from storks, tooth faeries, spinach taste good, - SORRY! There's NOT gonna be enough room to even make a GOOD START, on all the lies I've been told! Columbus discovered America was one I WONDERED ABOUT how they EXPECTED they were going to be able to sell me, since EVEN "THEY" admitted that there were people HERE, to GREET Columbus, WHEN he arrived!
How do YOU, I, ANYBODY find out the "truth"? Well, my FIRST "bit of advice", would be RID YOUR MIND of the "IDEA" of "truth"! "Truth" is a CONCEPT, more than a "THING" that CAN BE known! "Truth" is DIFFERENT, for EVERYBODY! I'm getting a tad long in the tooth, these days, and in ALL MY YEARS, I've discovered 2 "TRUTHS"! And, by "truth", I mean something that NOBODY, ANYWHERE has EVER argued with me, about! Those 2 "truth"s are
#1. The older you get, the faster time SEEMS to fly!
#2. The older you get, the LONGER it takes, to heal up!
Those are the ONLY 2 THOUGHTS I'VE EVER HAD, that NOBODY has ever taken exception to! So THOSE are my 2 "truths". So NOW you KNOW the ONLY 2 TRUTHS, in existence! You DON'T HAVE to find out! EVERYTHING ELSE is, AT BEST, only an educated guess! And, AT WORST, personal prejudice, dressed up in the nice (or NOT so nice) cloths, of SOMEONE's opinion!
