Jack Ma, the CEO of Alibaba/Taobao/Lazada will be rubbing his hands with glee, as if anything knocks Amazon, it means his company will become the biggest online marketplace. Xi jinping will no doubt be happy also, another feather in Trumps hat, soon China will own the USA outright

To save mom and pop you'd have to rig the whole game in main streets backward favour and pay for a generous welfare state which repopulates the heartlands of America. The fact is that regular America isn't the latest thing anymore, you may now have to pay for civilisation in some way.
