This might help a lot of women, who have had traumatic experiences with their ex partners and not got over the mental damage, that those partners have done to them.

It could help women, who were abused as children, have abandonment issues and issues with men.

It could help women,

It's also very effective with men who have issues about their masculinity and try to mask it by calling everyone else's into question. Or so I've heard.

it all depends on who you are open with, some will use it as a hammer to beat you up others will use it as a nail to fix themselves.

So often true--I worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and though I'm certainly not a psychologist or psychiatrist, I feel equitably qualified to report on my observations, at least: --Psychotherapy/Talk Therapy is all about the patient. It works well much of the time because the fact that the patient sought it out is more or less, 75% (OK, I'm reaching....) of the solution. You see, the patient who seeks it out already has the answer, albeit it subconsciously, so it is a matter of saying it, and getting validation. And, SOMETIMES all the validation a patient needs is the fact that he/she verbalized it. The clinician does relatively little, actually.

I do not think it is about qualification only, empathy and connection plays a much bigger!
