It's obvious I need a new phone anyway this pic was taken this morning at the front you can see the weights I squat/lunge as well as lift for my chest yeah yeah yeah my chest
[bThat's just my warm up weight I add plenty more as the class continues they don't look heavy in that pic but believe me when I say they are very heavy.]

I just tried the pants on feel biggish I'm always a small not an extra small loose at the knees I should of bought extra small those people in China have put the wrong size on my pants
