deviant_slice: Google Bosch WFL 2872. There ain't no button for water level adjustment. It's a pretty old machine. We must not be as technologically advanced as you lot in the laundry department.
Fault Code 2 Water intake has failed Error after more than 10 minutes Generally speaking this will be a failure of the water inlet valve or the water supply itself has been cut off somehow. This can be due to the water valve or supply as stated but it may also be worth checking the filters in the fill valves to ensure that they are clear. Many of the WFL range washing machines use this water inlet valve but there is a much cheaper alternative valve, this one, available as well.
The machine should halt after about five minutes and drain down any water in it but it can be restarted.
My friend borrowed my machine she over loaded with clothes which cracked the high level if it get's bad on my medium level I will take my machine apart and do a silicone job then eventually buy one.

Yours is a front loader I was picturing a top loader okay that info I gave you talks about valves in regard to your machine find that valve or what ever controls your water take it out dry it slap silicone along the crack allow 24 hours to dry if that doesn't work I would buy a machine because your machine is so old.
In saying the above the parts for your machine are cheap you could replace the part yourself if you know what your doing.

I have my fingers crossed for you
Front loaders are the norm here. Top loaders are rare. Just so you know.
deviant_slice: Crazy doughnut lady. I got a mental image of you sat in a high backed chair surrounded by doughnuts. No wonder your neighbours are wanting to move.
