Hey Har!

Yeah! "I" am in the market, too. But I'm sorta "in a dither" about what to buy. I've got a queen sized, and am trying to decide if I should buy 3 (or 4) smaller sized pillows, 2 LARGE pillows, or 1 "COMMUNITY" sized pillow, in the hope that "sharing" might increase "intimacy". Whadaya THINK? Multiple pillows increases your "options"! (IF you catch my "drift".) But it means buying more new pillow cases, more laundry, and decreases "togetherness" (when NOT in use, in OTHER ways). 2 LARGE pillows is "convenient, in that it allows you to have a nice BIG comfy pillow, ALL to yourself. Reduces laundry, and I ALREADY have cases to fit. But it also SEPARATES me from anybody SHARING my bed! And 1 HUGE COMMUNITY pillow has drawbacks, in that it would be huge and certainly somewhat "awkward", on occasion. Plus cost of NEW cases. But the sharing of A pillow (with whomever) might breed a "closeness" (in EVERY sense of the word). So, whadaya think, my friend? confused dunno doh cheers peace

Being the owner of a single bed that only ever has me in it, I don't feel able to advise you, Let. In fact, it is probably I who should be looking to you for guidance. All I can say is that I hope the thought you are putting into the question reaps the rewards you are aiming for.
cheers

My pillows came from the pound shop. I don't think they have a talk function.

They certainly don't have a loop system, so I wouldn't be able to hear them even if I slept with my hearing aid in. dunno

Well if you did want to converse with a stuffed bag, I think Lee Charming is around, somewhere.

Stringman, I'm a bit concerned about the my pillow man walking backwards towards a moving forklift truck. It raises quite a serious health and safety issue.

I don't talk to my pillow.

It has a job to do in my bed, and that is that. No sweet talking.

Having a job to do in your bed will make your pillow the object of much envy on these forums, molly, of that I have no doubt.

Got a new mattress today. Don't think it talks but if it did, it would probably say something like, "Shouldn't I be on a bed?"

Best advice there would be to listen very carefully ... with your hearing aid turned off !

Thinking of CC ?

Bang Head off Wall to alleviate pain

Yes, on a serious 'serious note' mattresses on the pavement are sooooooo not a good idea !

Here's hoping you found a nice dry spot under the bridge
