I wonder if any of you could give me some input here: where may I buy special cakes in your country?
By special I mean: cakes for people with diabetes, celiac disease, or lactose intolerance.

That´s the usual ....you are right. Thanks!Otherwise like non said supermarket chains have a section for special dietary requirements but there wouldn't be a great selection. Most bakeries should supply them too.

If I post the bakery I know I may as well post my address
Most bakeries are individual to a town, the one that supplies nice cakes to my town the cakes are made in east cork and delivered to a shop there and also West Waterford, a lot of their stuff is made to order.
