I think at this point, most do feel, ""let them go""". I certainly did, until recently. Now I think we would have another Puerto Rico on our hands. A territory with the biggest bankruptcy in world history that suddenly wants to be treated like a state, bailed out and saved from itself.
We could also have another South America situation on our hands, like Mexico, where we need a wall, because they are destroying themselves and want to come in... with their 3rd world.
There is also a mass exodus out of there to Texas and Arizona ,who don't want anymore, Californians who bring their Leftists ideals with them... as they escape
Considering all this and since California is in violation of Federal laws, I see two possibilities and only one solution.
Either let them do whatever they want and state by state, the rest of the country turns with them. Or make them the first state under martial law. (Mass arrests of politians, round ups of illegals and roll the tanks down the street)
