'Female' scammers are often portrayed as young and pretty, to attract men more easily.Tightening your settings to a realistic age limit in relation to your own will cut out the majority of them.
If you also tighten your settings to realistic geographic limits, you will cut out most of the rest.

Unfortunately my island is a tad bigger than yours!... There's a cutie in Perth (W.A) but 4000 km is a bit far to travel for a Big Mac and Fries!..Although I think he secretly does
